It is easier if you are, so we can look at the car together. If you cannot be, we will agree the handover beforehand and document the vehicle's condition in photographs before it moves.

Yes, as long as it is roadworthy and safe. If there is any doubt about lights, steering or structural damage, we will recover it rather than drive it.
