How we work
Masking an area and painting over it is fast, and it comes back to bite you in eighteen months. We strip what needs stripping, work the metal back to its original shape, and check panel gaps and alignment on the car before anything is refinished.
Then the colour is read off your vehicle, matched to its factory paint code, adjusted for how the existing paint has aged, and blended into the panels either side of the repair rather than stopped at the join. That is why a good repair is invisible and a cheap one is obvious in direct sun.

We will tell you once we have seen it. A dent in sound metal is almost always repairable. Torn, stretched or rusted panels are safer and often cheaper to replace, and we will show you why before you commit either way.
It should not be. The colour is matched to your paint code and adjusted for fade, then blended into the neighbouring panels. If you can see the repair, it is not finished.
A single panel is usually a few days once parts are on hand. Bigger jobs run longer, and insurance approval can add time at the front. You get a timeframe with your quote and a call from us if anything moves.
Usually not. Most comprehensive policies let you choose your own repairer. We are accepted by every major Australian insurer and will handle the claim from assessment to collection.
It is common: impact damage often hides behind the panel. We document what we find, submit it as a supplementary to the insurer and get approval before proceeding. You are told either way, and you are never billed for something you did not approve.
